The Librarian

I spent a day working on the characters, the floor and sky. Then half a day on and off on the archway. This is my first ever completed and coloured gothic architecture archway. Also I am proud of the effort I put into the celtic design. My boyfriend bought me a new book about painting architecture that has been an amazing help. He is amazing. My god I love that boy.



So here we have Linnet again from the Mandrake Forest (My earlier post) This time she is talking with her old friend, a librarian. He hates his job. Recording boring events around the kingdom. He wants to be free, traveling the land singing and sharing his poetry and stories.

Linnet and Skua both grew up in the same town. Since they weren't human they were always being picked on which brought them together as friends. Unhuman folk have always been outcasted. Its just the way things are.
